Maximum Theoretical TPS, where Network Cost per Second is derived from the

Network Cost per Month divided by the number of seconds in an average month (2,629,800 seconds).

Example: With a Network Cost per Second = $10 (from $26,298/month ÷ 2,629,800 seconds) and Peak TPS = 30,000, Cost per Transaction = $10 / 30,000 ≈ $0.000333 per transaction.
